MUST Delete The Wavefx32.dll file from your c:\WINDOWS\System32 folder
(if its there) before installing STB! The installer will install the
proper version of this file! If you get a 430 Error when trying to
enable voice, Its because you didn't do this.NOTE: if you
installed Microsoft's latest Service Pack2 OR Service Pack 3, The SOCKS
proxy Scanner may have problems at socket settings above 20. Download
the TCP limit patch to fix this sp2 and sp3 problem. If you ran this
patch before and have recently updated to XP service pack 3, you will
